The Rotterdam Police Department helped keep Jefferson Elementary students safe this week by providing bicycle helmets to all of our 1st graders. U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer and Schalmont alum Logan Tessier surprised his sister Paityn today by stopping by her English class after the two had not seen each other for more than a year.
