Schalmont would like to reassure our families about a minor incident that required an ambulance at Schalmont Middle & High School campus this morning.

This morning, we had a minor medical emergency involving one of our students. Out of an abundance of caution, our nursing and counseling staff communicated with the student’s family and agreed to call 911 for medical assistance. The student is in good hands and is doing well.

We want to let our community know as students and families may have seen the ambulance at the campus and we wanted to reassure you. As always, we thank our emergency responders for their quick assistance. Thank you.
