High School Picture Retake Day will take place Thursday, November 7 for any students who were absent, are newly enrolled, or are just not happy with their first picture.

Please have your student speak with Ms. Pontin to schedule an appointment for a retake.

Absent or New Students

• Students who were absent for Picture Day need to be photographed to be included on class photos and/or the yearbook. (No purchase necessary.)
• The original Picture Day order form may be used for cash/check orders on Retake Day. Forms are also available in the Main Office.
• For online orders, families will receive an updated proof sheet and can order using their child’s unique code. Online orders will be mailed directly to homes.

Retake Photos

• There is no cost for a Retake Photo. If you are not happy with the first photo, please have a new one taken. Families can add a note to the returned photos explaining what they would like done differently.
• Students need to return the complete Picture Package in the envelope to the photographer on Retake Day. Upstate Images will not exchange orders until the Picture Package envelope and its contents have been returned, although students should still take a new photo if they do not have it on Retake Day.
