Dear 4th Grade Families,

To help get new Chromebooks in the hands of our 4th graders before the end of the school year, please fill out this Chromebook Agreement Form if you have not already done so.

We will collect your child’s Chromebook and charger in June so we can replace them before students leave for the summer. The new Chromebook will be your child’s device for their four years at the Middle School.
