Hello High School Families,

In an effort to continually improve our traffic flow and protocols, we are making a slight change to the family drop-off and pick-up in the rear of the High School.

Beginning on Tuesday, January 16, we will implement a drop-off and pick-up zone in the rear loop. We ask families to please pull forward to the start of the drop off zone (as identified by signage), then at 7:20 a.m. all students within the zone exit their vehicles in unison. Once the zone is empty, we will ask all vehicles to pull forward to the start of the drop-off zone for the students to exit their vehicles again. Similarly, at the afternoon family pick-up, we will ask all vehicles to pull forward to the start of the zone creating more space for our families vehicles.

These minor changes to our family drop-off and pick-up procedures will certainly create a more efficient and safe process for our students, families and staff. We will have our security staff positioned around the loop for several days assisting with these new procedures to help ensure a smooth transition.
