Schalmont High School’s Drama Club has been busy rehearsing for their fall production of “The Play’s the Thing”!
Performances will be Thursday, Nov. 14, Friday, Nov. 15 and Saturday, Nov. 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the High School auditorium. Tickets, which will be sold at the door, are $10 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens.
“The Play’s the Thing” is a comedy featuring three one act plays. “The Sure Thing” explores the chance meeting of a couple who are quick to judge each other’s quirks. “Small Actors” tells the story of a High School actor caught in a web of lies about her part in the school play. “Mmmbeth” pokes fun at the timing and unlikely events in one of Shakespeare’s most famous plays.
