It feels like our students have been working “9 to 5” on this spring’s musical!
Schalmont’s Drama Club will perform “9 to 5: The Musical” Thursday, April 24 through Saturday, April 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the High School auditorium. Tickets available at the door. Refreshments provided by Schalmont’s English Honor Society.
Featuring music and lyrics by Dolly Parton, “9 to 5: The Musical” is a hilarious story of friendship and revenge as three office workers conspire to overthrow their chauvinistic boss. The hit 1980 movie “9 to 5” was recreated as a Broadway musical in 2009, where the songs and story once again proved popular with audiences.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and senior citizens.
